SIBU: About 100 people took part in ‘Morning with PBB’ programme organised by Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Nangka and Hilir 2 here yesterday.
Besides recruiting new party members, the programme also registered new voters.
Among the activities held during the programme were talks by Sibu Fire and Rescue Department, Sibu District Office and the National Anti-Drug Agency (AADK).
PBB Hilir 2 chief Abang Abdul Hamid hoped PBB members and members of the community could cooperate with each other as well as with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and government departments and agencies.
The programme was enlivened by music and singing performances of Sarikei Buskers.
