BINTULU: The Road Transport Department (RTD) here issued a total of 120 summons notices for various traffic offences around the town on Tuesday.
The department, through its Facebook page today, said that the operation, codenamed “Ops Khas Motosikal”, was led by its director Norizan Jili and Bintulu RTD chief Fedrick Kedo.
During the operation, 365 vehicles were inspected, resulting in 120 notices issued to motorists.
Among the offences detected were driving without a license, expired road tax, illegal vehicle modifications, and more.
In this regard, RTD advises road users to ensure their vehicles comply with all applicable laws.
The department assured that enforcement efforts would continue, focusing on ensuring users adhere to existing rules and regulations.
