KUCHING: It was a memorable day for 135 children from Orphans Welfare Organisation of Malaysia (Peryatim) Sarawak when they broke fast with Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud at Demak Jaya here Wednesday.
Prior to the breaking of fast, the Head of State joined the children and other distinguished guests for the Maghrib, Isyak and Tarawih prayers.
Also present was Taib’s wife Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Raghad Kurdi Taib.
