SERIAN: A 16-year-old girl has been reported missing in Tebedu, prompting police to seek public assistance to trace her whereabouts.
Serian police chief Supt Freddy Bian Stanislaus Bian said a report was lodged at the Tebedu police station at about 3.28pm on Feb 11 by the teenager’s father.
The missing girl has been identified as Avril Filles Natalia Jimmey, aged 16 years, from Kampung Tema Saan, Tebedu.
“She was last seen wearing her school uniform and carrying a school bag. Efforts to locate her in nearby areas have so far been unsuccessful,” he said in a statement.
The case has been classified as a missing person report.
