KUCHING: 200 people attended the ‘Ngabang Raya & Ramah Tamah Aidilfitri 2017’ of the Ministry of Urban Development & Natural Resources.
The event, organised by the ministry’s Resource Club, took place at Imperial Hotel here on Thursday night.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, who is also its minister, attended the event accompanied by Assistant Minister of Entrepreneur and SME Development Datuk Mohd Naroden Majais.
The event was to allow the ministry’s staff members to spend time among one another in the spirit of both Raya and the recently-concluded Gawai celebrations, which also allows them to strengthen ties with one another.
The night was not only filled with food, but also with various performances such as singing and dancing to add more merriment to the event.
