KUCHING: Three men sustained minor injuries following a two-vehicle collision along Jalan Matang here, heading towards Politeknik Kuching, this morning.
The accident involved a Proton Wira carrying two men and a Perodua Bezza driven by another man.
Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) Sarawak said they received a distress call at 9:28 am regarding the incident, and a team from the Petra Jaya station was promptly deployed to the scene, located about 20 kilometres away.
“Upon arrival, it was found that the three had sustained minor injuries and the rescue team successfully extricated the injured individuals from the vehicles.
“The men were later handed over to medical personnel, who transported them to hospital for further treatment,” it said.
