KUCHING: The number of flood evacuees in Kuching has increased as of 6.30 pm today (Feb 21), with 68 victims from 18 families now sheltered at the temporary relief centre (PPS) at Masjid Darul Istiqlaal, Kampung Sungai Maong.
The Sarawak Civil Defence Force (APM) reported that the displacement trend is rising under the flood situation in the district.
Currently, one PPS remains operational in Kuching.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation.
