KUCHING: At the Semarak Ramadan Bazaar, there are about 70 hawkers selling various scrumptious dishes and desserts including Ais Kacang.
Tupong State Assemblyman, Fazruddin Abdul Rahman revealed this yesterday when he launched the bazaar yesterday.
“Every year, the Kuching City North Commission (DBKU) holds a number of bazaars in areas under its jurisdiction,” he added.
Fazruddin disclosed that a new Ramadan Bazaar was also operating in Matang Metro City.
He later handed over to the traders aprons sponsored by CCK.
Yesterday, representatives from Maggi and Hotel Samudera were present at the Semarak Bazaar to give out Bubur Pedas and Bubur Lambuk to the visitors there.
