MUKAH: Politeknik Mukah (PMU) organised a public speaking workshop for its December 2019 session at its main lecture hall on Jan 18 and 19.
It was spearheaded by fifth semester Diploma in Secretarial Science students from the Department of Commerce.
Department head Kartini Che Ibrahim officiated at the two-day knowledge-filled workshop on Jan 19.
Among the objectives were to instil communication skills among the students, while familiarising them on the use of well-composed text speech which could draw the audience’s attention to the speaker.
Facilitator Rudy Ludinata conducted the lively session. He is an experienced professional image consultant.
