TANJUNG MANIS: Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg yesterday paid a visit to Tanjung Manis, here.
Johari was accompanied by his wife Datin Amar Dato Juma’ani Tun Datuk Patinggi Tuanku Haji Bujang, State Secretary Tan Sri Datuk Amar Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Assistant Minister of Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment Datu Len Talif Salleh, Assistant Minister of Corporate Affairs Abdullah Saidol and General manager of PUSAKA Datu Serudu Hoklai.
First he and entourage made a visit to the Kampung Rejang Fertigation site.
Then, he visited Tanjung Manis Integrated Port, in which he attended a briefing at the meeting room of Tanjung Manis Integrated Port.
He was briefed on the development of Tanjung Manis District by the general manager of PUSAKA Datu Serudu Hoklai.
Johari then dropped by for a visit to the Rural Group Centre (RGC) of Kampung Bruit, Pulau Bruit.
He was briefed on the development of Kampung Bruit RGC, at the site of Kampung Bruit RGC.
After a visit to Pulau Bruit, the Chief Minister and entourage were flown back to Kuching.
