MIRI: A businessman lost more than RM10,000 in belongings after his house in Kampung Subak, Bekenu near here was broken into by burglars recently.
The 57-year-old man only discovered the break-in when he arrived home around 12.30am and saw the front door was wide open.
“After checking his belongings, the victim found a television set, personal documents, a motorcycle and a grass cutting machine were missing,” sources said, adding that the victim lodged a report at Miri Central Police Station.
