KUCHING: A salesgirl injured her back after a piece of metal fell on her while she was working in a shopping complex here at about 3pm last Saturday.
The girl was working and arranging products in a shopping mall at Samarahan near here when she slipped which caused a piece of metal to fall on her.
She was immediately taken to Sarawak General Hospital and is being warded for observation.
