



KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Johari Tun Openg received four courtesy calls in his office at Wisma Bapa Malaysia, Petra Jaya here, yesterday.
The first courtesy call was made by PEMADAM’S Official Appointee Council led by Deputy Home Minister Datuk Nur Jazlan who is also President of National PEMADAM.
The courtesy call was made to invite Abang Johari to officiate at an Anti-Drug Course and PEMADAM’s 43rd annual general assembly to be held in Kuching on 1 August, 2018.
Also present was Minister of Tourism, Arts, Culture, Youth and Sports, Datuk Abdul Karim Rahman Hamzah, Deputy President of National PEMADAM, Senator Dato Mohd Suhaimi Abdullah and Vice-President of National PEMADAM, Dato’ Omar Osman.
The second courtesy call was made by Samsung Malaysia Director of Corporate Affairs, Dato’ Roh Jae Yeol. Also present was Samsung Malaysia Manager of Corporate Affairs, Ismanizam Yahaya.
The courtesy call was made to brief Abang Johari on Samsung Malaysia’s corporate social responsiblity (CSR) activities to be held in Sarawak this year.
The third courtesy call was made by Director of Sarawak Information Department, Abang Sardon Abang Hashim.
The courtesy call was made to invite Abang Johari to attend a Harmony Nite ‘United We Stand’ to be held at Kota Sentosa Square here this Saturday.
The fourth courtesy call was made by a delegation led by Tanjung Dato Assemblywoman Dato Amar Jamilah Anu.
The coutresy call was made to invite Abang Johari to officate at N8 Satok Youth Adventure Programme in collarobation with N3 Tanjung Datu Youth to be held on in Lundu this Sunday.
