KUCHING: In conjunction with World Blood Donor Day 2025, the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRC) Stampin Branch, in collaboration with Kinder Life Power, is organising a Blood Donation and Health Screening Campaign aimed at encouraging life-saving contributions and promoting better health for all.

The event will take place on June 21, from 9 am to 1 pm at AIA Milan Square, Jalan Wan Alwi, here.

With the theme ‘Give Blood, Give Hope Together We Save Lives’, the campaign seeks to unite the community in the spirit of compassion and public health awareness.

“This campaign is more than just collecting blood, it’s about building a healthier, more caring society where everyone has the chance to make a difference,” said Chairman of MRC Stampin Branch, Chew Kim Soon.

“The initiative also aims to spotlight the vital role blood donors play in the healthcare system, from supporting surgery patients to aiding recovery from illnesses and emergencies.

“Participants will not only have the opportunity to donate blood, but also benefit from free health screenings, including checks on blood pressure, glucose levels, and BMI,” he said.

In addition, PMG Pharmacy will offer complimentary bone health screenings, reinforcing the message that knowledge and early detection are key to long-term wellness.

The public, especially first-time and regular donors, are warmly invited to participate in this noble cause. Your involvement not only saves lives but also strengthens community bonds and encourages a culture of kindness and care.
