GEDONG: It was a bright and bustling afternoon as spectators gathered along the riverbank to catch the action of Regatta Gedong 2025.
Under makeshift tents and shady trees, conversations flowed as freely as the river -about life, work, the weather, and the joy of simply being there.
With umbrellas in hand and eyes on the water, families, youth and elders came together, eager to witness the traditional boat races.
