He remains the sole Sarawak representative on the Board.
Medan expressed gratitude to Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz for approving the extension, and also thanked MATRADE chairman Datuk Seri Reezal Naina Marican, fellow Board members and MATRADE staff for their support.
“I look forward to another two great years of achievements at MATRADE,” he said.
MATRADE Sarawak Office described the extension as a vote of confidence in Medan’s experience and leadership, particularly in driving Malaysia’s export agenda and strengthening Sarawak’s export networks.
