KUCHING: Malaysia’s largest prepaid top-up and bill collection network, e-pay by NTT DATA, has expanded its East Malaysian presence with a new office in Kuching.
“Relocating our operations in Sarawak underscores our continued commitment to better serve retail partners and customers in the region,” the company said in a statement.
The new office is located at SL3, 1st floor, Lot 6912, Block 225 KNLD 143 Jalan Tan Sri Datuk Amar Wee Boon Ping, 93250 Kuching.
The company shared that e-pay by NTT DATA handles more than 15 million transactions nationwide every month.
Its services include mobile reloads, bill payments, e-wallet top-ups, game credits, loan repayments, as well as travel and entertainment reloads.
“With this new office, e-pay by NTT DATA is well-positioned to support businesses of all sizes in meeting the growing demand for digital transactions and in-store services,” it said.
