KUCHING: Interhill Hospitality has made several senior appointments across its Pullman hotels in Sarawak, naming new general managers in Kuching and Miri while promoting two long-serving leaders to vice-president positions.

Sunardi Song is now General Manager of Pullman Kuching, while Randy Constantine has been appointed General Manager of Pullman Miri Waterfront.

At the same time, Adrian Ng has moved up from his role at Pullman Kuching to become Vice-President of Operations, and Alan Tham, formerly in charge of Pullman Miri Waterfront, is now Vice-President of Food and Beverage (F&B).

Interhill Hospitality’s Chief Operating Officer, Eric Tan, said the new leadership reflects the group’s commitment to Sarawak’s hospitality and events industry.

He noted that both Pullman Kuching and Pullman Miri Waterfront play a vital role in hosting MICE events and supporting the state’s tourism economy.

“With these new leadership appointments, we are bolstering our commitment to delivering world-class hospitality while driving sustainable growth for the state and our organisation,” he said.

Song will oversee the multi-million-ringgit transformation of Pullman Kuching, which Interhill plans to position as an Accor landmark in Southeast Asia.

With more than 15 years of experience, including leadership roles in Jakarta, Indonesia, he has also been recognised for sustainability initiatives such as ‘Linen for Life’ and ‘No More Single-Use Plastic’.

“This is more than a renovation; it is about honouring a profound legacy while creating a hotel experience that feels premium, progressive and future-ready,” he said.

Ng, in his new role, will provide strategic oversight for all three of the group’s properties, which also include ibis Melaka.

During his tenure at Pullman Kuching, the hotel won the Malaysia Tourism Council Gold Award for Best Business Hotel in East Malaysia.

“My philosophy has always been that effective leadership and an empowered team are the cornerstones of any successful organisation,” he said.

Constantine brings 17 years of international experience to Pullman Miri Waterfront, having previously held senior positions with Hyatt, ibis, Swissôtel and other brands across Asia and the United States.

He said his focus will be on strengthening the hotel’s market position while contributing to Miri’s economic and social growth.

“My philosophy has always been to build legacy through people and precision,” he said.

Tham, who now leads F&B strategy across the group, has 26 years of operational experience.

He said empowered teams and financial discipline are central to delivering memorable guest experiences.

“My purpose is to ensure our F&B offerings become a powerful reason guests choose our properties,” he said.

For the record, Interhill Hospitality owns and operates Pullman Kuching, Pullman Miri Waterfront and ibis Melaka, the latter located within a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
