LAWAS: A family of seven was made homeless after their single storey wooden house in Kampung Serdang, Jalan Kuala Lawas here was destroyed by fire yesterday morning.
Lawas Fire Station chief, Mohd Zaki Hussin, fifteen personnel were deployed to the scene after they received a distress call at 9.15am.
He said the house was 100 per cent destroyed by fire and the cause of the fire was still under investigation.
