Woman missing after saying she’s flying to Hong Kong for training

KUCHING: Police are seeking public assistance to locate an assistant manager who went missing after telling her father she was flying to Hong Kong for training nearly a month ago.

The missing individual is identifed as Ellen Ng Mui Ngo, 33.

Kuching police chief ACP Alexson Naga Chabu said she was last seen on Nov 8 when she left her family home at Upper Jalan Chawan.

“Before leaving, she had asked her father to send her to Kuching International Airport and informed him of her trip to Hong Kong for training.

“Ellen, who works in the food and beverage industry, was reportedly wearing a red jacket and black long pants before her disappearance,” he said.

Anyone who may have seen Ellen or has information on her whereabouts are urged to report them to authorities.
