KUCHING: Ibraco Bhd has contributed RM57,000 to support the upcoming 13th Charity Without Borders (CWB) Community Outreach Programme, in collaboration with its charity partner, Hope Place Kuching.
The sponsorship will facilitate the annual initiative, which aims to provide essential assistance to underprivileged families, particularly those in rural and interior areas across Sarawak.
Through food aid distribution and basic welfare support, the programme seeks to ensure that no family is left behind, regardless of background or location.
It will also include healthcare services, such as dental treatment, in collaboration with the Sarawak State Health Department (JKNS).
The outreach is jointly organised by Hope Place and the Bintulu 4×4 Club, with Ibraco serving as the main sponsor.
Representing the organisations at the sponsorship handover were Hope Place’s General Manager Heidi Law, founder Kelvin Wan, as well as representatives from Ibraco Bhd.
“The company is proud to continue supporting the initiative, in line with our commitment to contribute positively to communities and promote social wellbeing,” said the representative from Ibraco Bhd.
The programme, held annually towards the end of the year, has benefited communities throughout the state and is expected to expand further this year in conjunction with Visit Malaysia 2026.
