KUCHING: As one of the leading property developers in Sarawak, NAIM Holdings Berhad (NAIM ) is offering up to 10 per cent support for selected homes in Kuching and Bintulu.
The offer comes under its Zero Downpayment Campaign, which is aimed at easing upfront purchase costs for eligible homebuyers.
Under the campaign, buyers may use the support for the initial downpayment and/or the differential sum between the purchase price and the approved financing amount, subject to the maximum entitlement.
The campaign applies to selected participating NAIM properties in Kuching and Bintulu, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of participating units.
NAIM said financing approval remains subject to the assessment and approval of the relevant financial institution, federal or state government loan department, or other relevant financier.
NAIM head of group sales and marketing Haliza Segar said the campaign reflected the company’s commitment to understanding the changing needs of homebuyers in the current era.
“We recognise that every homebuyer’s journey is unique, and the Zero Downpayment Campaign is designed to provide additional flexibility and support during the purchasing process.
“Through this initiative, we hope to make it easier for eligible purchasers to take the next step towards owning a home with NAIM,” she said.
She said the campaign was part of NAIM’s ongoing efforts to improve the homebuying experience by offering practical solutions that support customers at different stages of their property ownership journey.
“Interested purchasers are encouraged to register their interest during the campaign period and speak with NAIM’s sales team for details on participating properties, eligibility requirements, financing process and documentation timeline,” she said.
