KUCHING: His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, King of Malaysia, and Her Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, have extended Father’s Day greetings to fathers across the nation, paying tribute to their sacrifices, love and unwavering dedication to their families.
In a message shared in social media, Their Majesties described fathers as the pillar of strength in every family and the guiding force that helps shape the future of their children.
“Fathers are the pillar of strength in every family and the guiding force that shapes the future of their children. Thank you for your sacrifices, boundless love and invaluable guidance.
“Though often left unspoken, a father’s devotion, sacrifices and love remain forever etched in the hearts of his family,” the message read.
Their Majesties also prayed that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala would bestow His mercy upon their late fathers, Almarhum Sultan Iskandar and Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah, whose legacies continue to be remembered with deep affection and gratitude.
The message was issued in conjunction with Father’s Day, celebrated today.
