WHEN I first began writing Love Forensic™, my intention was simple – to help people understand love, relationships, and the emotions that often shape our lives without us even realising it.
Week after week, together, we explored why people fall in love, why relationships succeed or fail, how emotional wounds can heal, and how emotional intelligence influences not only our families but also our workplaces, our communities, our leaders, and ultimately our nation.
Along this journey, one important discovery became increasingly clear.
Most people do not suffer because of only one problem.
- A marriage problem often affects work.
- Financial stress affects health.
- Poor health influences emotions.
- Family conflict affects children’s future.
- Workplace pressure follows us home.
- Love influences every part of life.
What appears to be one problem is often connected to many others.
That realisation has inspired the next evolution of Love Forensic™.
Beginning in the coming weeks, this column will move into a completely new journey.
Instead of discussing only relationships, we will begin exploring the six areas of life that almost every human being struggles with at one time or another.
These six areas form what I call The Six Life Domains™.
They are:
1) Family
Because every life begins within a family.
2) Work
Where we spend much of our adult lives and where purpose, pressure, ambition and stress often meet.
3) Personal Development
Understanding ourselves, building resilience, confidence and emotional maturity.
4) Health
Because emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing are inseparable.
5) Financial Wellbeing
Understanding why money creates security for some people, anxiety for others, and conflict for many.
6) Love & Relationships
The area that connects every other part of life.
Each week we will investigate one real-life issue through the Love Forensic™ approach.
Not simply asking,
What happened?
But asking,
- Why did it happen? What psychology is driving it?How can it be solved?How can it be prevented from happening again?
This will not be a series about theory alone.
It will be a practical guide to understanding ourselves, our families, our workplaces and our communities.
My hope is that every Saturday, readers will not only gain new knowledge, but also discover one practical idea they can apply immediately in their own lives.

Our conversation is only just beginning.
The next chapter promises to be our most practical, most meaningful, and perhaps our most important yet.
