DEBAK: Busy schedules should never be an excuse to neglect exercise, says Deputy Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development, Datuk Dr Mohamad Razi Sitam, who urged people of all ages to make time for physical activity.

He said regular participation in sports and recreational activities is essential for maintaining good physical health and a sharp mind, adding that everyone should strive to incorporate exercise into their daily routine despite work and other commitments.

“Regular physical activity helps us maintain our health at an optimal level,” he said after officiating the Saribas Fun Run 2026 here today (July 25).

The fun run was one of the curtain-raiser events for the 7th Saribas International MTB Jamboree 2026, which will be held on Sunday (July 26).

Around 100 participants took part in the approximately 5km run through the town.
