KUCHING: AFFIN has launched the LuminouSITI Visa Debit Card, combining everyday banking with lifestyle privileges under its AX28 plan.
AFFIN Group President and Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah said the card offers privileges covering music, beauty, shopping, travel and dining.
“The AFFIN LuminouSITI Visa Debit Card brings elements of Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza’s world into everyday life, offering more than a way to pay.
“It opens the door to exclusive privileges across music, beauty, shopping, travelling and dining, inspired by the qualities of confidence and aspiration that she represents,” he said.
He said the launch was closely aligned with AFFIN’s vision for its financial services business.
“More importantly, it reflects our commitment to delivering ‘Unrivalled Customer Service’, not only through the products we offer, but also through the value, access and experiences we create for our customers,” he said.
AFFIN said the launch forms part of its AFFIN Axelerate 2028, or AX28, plan, under which the group is introducing more personalised propositions connecting banking with customers’ interests and everyday lives.
The card is linked to the AFFIN LuminouSITI SA/-i account, which can be opened with a minimum deposit of RM50.
Customers are required to maintain a minimum account balance of RM300 to enjoy the additional privileges, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The account is protected by PIDM up to RM250,000 for each depositor.
Among the privileges offered to cardholders is a lifetime waiver of annual debit card fees.
Cardholders can also receive a 20 per cent discount on tickets to Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza’s Gema Bumantara concert on Oct 17 at TM Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil, as well as 20 per cent discounts on selected SimplySiti and AFIYA products.
The card also offers Visa promotions, including opportunities to earn points redeemable for selected merchandise and concert tickets. The bank said more privileges would be introduced in the coming months, with all offers subject to the applicable terms and conditions, eligibility requirements and availability.
As part of the launch promotion, the first 1,000 customers who open an AFFIN LuminouSITI SA/-i account at Menara AFFIN @ TRX from Sept 23 to 25 will receive a SimplySiti makeup palette.
The account-opening counter for the promotion closes at 5 pm.
AFFIN Brand Ambassador Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza said the collaboration marked a new milestone in her career and reflected what she described as a shared commitment to combining banking convenience with lifestyle privileges.

The AFFIN LuminouSITI Visa Debit Card will be available from Oct 17 at the AFFIN booth at TM Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil during the Gema Bumantara concert.
It will be available at selected AFFIN branches from Oct 19.
