KUCHING: A motorcyclist is now fighting for his life at the Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) after his motorcycle collided with a car at Mile 7, Kuching-Serian Road around 8pm on Saturday.
Eye-witnesses claimed that both vehicles were travelling in the same direction before they collided.
The impact of the crash caused the 58-year-old motorcyclist from Sin San Tu, Jalan Batu Kawa to sustain serious injury to his head. However, the car driver was unhurt.
After the collision, passers-by rushed to help the motorcyclist and also contacted the authority concerned for assistance.
An ambulance later took the injured motorcyclist to Sarawak General Hospital for treatment.
