MATU: A woman, Siti Hawa Ibrahim is looking for her father, Ibrahim Jalil to become a witness of her wedding.
The 22-year-old from Kampung Bawang here will be holding her wedding sometime this month after Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
Siti said according to her mother, her father, aged 52, had remarried and was staying in a village in this district.
“My mother said my father had gone missing two weeks ago after he heard that I will be getting married soon.
“I hope when he (Ibrahim) reads this news, he will come home and fulfill his responsibility as a father,” she told New Sarawak Tribune.
