KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s (SDHB) wholly-owned subsidiaries, Serba Dinamik International Ltd (SDIL) and Serba Dinamik Sdn Bhd (SDSB), have secured five contracts with a combined estimated value of RM682.81 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, SDHB said SDIL bagged one operations and maintenance (O&M) contract from Revenue International L.L.C for the repair, overhaul and maintenance of pumps, compressors and other associated rotating equipment with manpower and spare parts from Aug 14, 2019 until Aug 13, 2022.
Meanwhile, SDSB acquired two O&M contract and two engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contracts from State Concern Turkmengas for the delivery of supplementary equipment and automation of a 214-kilometre gas pipeline from Sept 13, 2019 until the work is completed.
SDHB said the contracts were expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2019. – Bernama
