KUCHING: Malaysian Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri described the late Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr James Jemut Masing as a great Sarawak leader.
She added that as the PRS president and Deputy Chief Minister II, Masing, 72, had great experience and was sincere in fighting for the needs of the people community.
Similarly, Sarawak Minister of Tourism Arts and Culture Datuk Seri Abdul Karim Rahman said on his Twitter page that Sarawak had lost a credible leader who was highly respected by the local folk from all walks of life regardless of race and religion.
