KUCHING: Public Bank credit and debit card members can now enjoy a variety of attractive benefits for flights, accommodations, food and beverages, and holiday activities through the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia promotion.

According to Public Bank managing director and chief executive officer Tan Sri Tay Ah Lek, the bank has announced a series of exciting card promotions to support the local tourism industry following the announcement of permitting interstate travel.

“As we prepare to enter the endemic phase, we remain committed to assisting customers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. After one and a half years of living with the virus, the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia promotions will help businesses,” he said.

According to its statement released yesterday (Oct 18), Public Bank has partnered with BIGLIFE — operator of the BIG Rewards Programme — to provide its card members with up to 100 percent Bonus BIG Points for the redemption of flights, accommodations and tour packages.

It added card members can also get deals on hotels and activities at Agoda and Klook with no minimum expenditure.

“The initiative will provide the public with a well-deserved holiday through the many hidden gems, local delicacies, sumptuous food spread, idyllic beaches and spectacular natural wonders in Malaysia,” it said.

Prestigious hotels will be open for Cardmembers’ list of places with accommodations, spa, food and beverages, and great savings and discounts, it added.
