KUALA LUMPUR: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari held a meeting with Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) MPs and senators in conjunction with the ongoing parliamentary session.
According to Sarawakku Facebook post, the three-and-a-half-hour meeting held at Ritz Carlton, Kuala Lumpur was to share information on matters related to GPS government policies and Sarawak’s rights to be brought up in Parliament.
Meanwhile, Santubong MP Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said the meeting “is normal for GPS” where a meeting will be held before the start of a parliamentary session.
“All MPs and senators will gather for the meeting with the Premier. In line with the ‘Sarawak First’ slogan, we are fighting for our beloved Bumi Kenyalang State,” she said.
