PUTRAJAYA: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg attended the 146th Menteri Besar and Chief Ministers’ Meeting at Perdana Putra here today.

The meeting, which began at 10 am, was chaired by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and lasted nearly three hours before concluding at about 12.40 pm.
Accompanying the Premier was State Secretary Datuk Amar Mohamad Abu Bakar Marzuki.
According to a post on the Prime Minister’s official Facebook page, the meeting served as an important platform to strengthen collaboration between the federal and state governments, particularly in aligning development policies and joint initiatives.
“Through this synergy, we can ensure the implementation of the national development agenda is smooth, comprehensive, and inclusive for the wellbeing of the people and the progress of Malaysia as a whole,” he said.
Following the meeting, Abang Johari and Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas held a closed-door discussion with the Prime Minister at his office.
