KUCHING: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg and his wife Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang attended a breaking of fast co-organised by Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA), Centre of Technical Excellence Sarawak (Centex) and Sarawak Centre of Performance Excellence (Scope) at a leading hotel here last night.
Some 600 others joined the couple who together with Muslim guests later sojourned for the terawih prayers.
Among notable guests of the programme were of Law, State-Federal Relations and Project Monitoring Assistant Minister Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali, former deputy chief minister Tan Sri Dr George Chan Hong Nam and his wife Datuk Lorna Enan Muloon, outgoing State Secretary Tan Sri Mohamad Morshidi Abdul Ghani, Deputy State Secretary Datuk Sabariah Putit and SMA director Dr Zaidil Razak.
