KUCHING: Affin Group has come up with a Natural Disaster Relief Programme (NDRP) to assist customers affected by floods across Malaysia.
In a statement, the bank said customers may apply for a moratorium of up to six months, subject to terms and conditions.
The NDRP extends assistance to individuals, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and corporate customers, ensuring comprehensive support for communities and businesses impacted by the floods,
Its President and Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Wan Razly Abdullah said the floods have had a devastating impact on the affected areas and local communities.
“To lessen our customers’ financial burden during this challenging time, Affin is offering financial relief on a variety of loans and financing products through the NDRP.
“We remain committed to supporting the communities we serve, providing timely assistance when it matters most.”
Customers are encouraged to call the Affin Contact Centre at 03-8230 2222 or visit any Affin branch to check eligibility and apply for the NDRP.
Meanwhile, SME and corporate customers are advised to contact their Relationship Managers for assistance.
