KUCHING: AirBorneo will officially launch its website and call centre tomorrow (Dec 10), marking a key milestone ahead of its takeover of MASwings operations at the end of December.
In a statement today, the airline announced that the launch will also signal the start of ticket sales for flights operated under AirBorneo.
Beginning Dec 10, travellers must continue purchasing MASwings tickets through the current MASwings website for travel on or before Jan 13 2026.
For travel on or after Jan 14, tickets will be available on AirBorneo’s new website at www.airborneo.com or via its call centre at 1-300-22-1388 (toll-free for local callers) or (+60) 82-537 555 for international callers.
AirBorneo assured passengers that all existing MASwings tickets remain valid, with no changes to flight dates or times.
Those holding MASwings tickets for travel on or after Jan 14 will be contacted individually regarding the reissuance of their tickets under AirBorneo.
