BINTULU: The Bintulu District Disaster Management Committee is calling on individuals, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and companies that own trucks, bulldozers, and other heavy vehicles to assist with cleanup efforts in areas affected by the recent floods.
In an official statement, the committee emphasised that this collaboration is essential to accelerating the recovery process and ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
This aid can be provided as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, focusing on cleaning, transportation, and waste disposal in disaster-affected areas.
