The notice of temporary closure for the premises in Jalan Stampin.

KUCHING: A production house for a bakery has been ordered to close down after the Health Ministry (MoH) found the premises in an unhygienic state.

The production house located at Jalan Stampin was closed down for 14 days starting from July 29 until Aug 10.

An enforcement team from MoH went to inspect the premises on July 29 and executed the order under Section 11 of the Food Act 1983. The premises was found in an unclean and not purified condition so much so it might endanger public health.

The unclean and not purified condition of the premises was ordered to close down for 14 days.
