MIRI: Baram Football Club has re-elected Spanski Steven as its president for a second term
Spanski secured his position during the club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday and will lead Baram FC for the 2025-2028 term.
The club’s newly appointed exco committee features a dynamic mix of young talent and fresh perspectives.
This season’s leadership team includes vice president Rozeman Mick, secretary Samuel Mukat, assistant secretary Christian Simon, treasurer Valentina and assistant treasurer Pamela Yusup.
Committee members include Ricky Sigau, Jackery Basing, Ashley Selong, Benedict Martin (Head Coach), Alexander Nyipa and Nurnajmina Abdullah.
The fresh-faced lineup is set to steer the club towards its ambitious goals, building on recent achievements.
In December 2024, Baram FC clinched third place in the Baram Cup, an event organised by the Playmaker Football Academy.
Looking ahead, the club has unveiled an exciting calendar of events for 2025, including the Player Introduction Ceremony and Official Launch (April 2025); Bintulu League (May–July 2025) ; Baram League (September 2025); Baram FC Reach Out Programme (October 2025) and Baram Sports Carnival (November 2025).
