KUCHING: Bintulu Development Authority (BDA) general manager Rodziah Morshidi has been appointed as a member of St John Ambulance Sarawak, said its deputy commander Datuk Dr Yao Sik Chi.
“The organisation is confident that Rodziah will be able to contribute to the organisation in general and Bintulu particularly,” he said in a statement yesterday.
He added that a division of St John Ambulance Sarawak will be set up by the BDA where training will be provided by the St John Ambulance Sarawak.
BDA staff and their families will also be trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as well.
