SIBU: Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) President, Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian, urges the party’s Bawang Assan branch to continue being attentive to the needs of the local community.
He also encouraged the branch team to listen more to the ideas and views of the younger generation, including encouraging creative thinking that could help drive the development of the local economy and infrastructure.
Dr Sim, who is also Deputy Premier, gave the reminder when he made a special stop at the SUPP Bawang Assan Branch’s mobile service session held at Yalin Coffee Shop here on Saturday (March 14) before attending to other engagements.


During the visit, he also took the opportunity to greet and briefly interact with members of the public who were having their meals at the coffee shop.
During the mobile service session, Dr Sim encouraged the team to remain committed to serving the people.
He pointed out that such dedication is not only about striving for greater development opportunities today, but also about ensuring that the next generation can enjoy a better Sarawak in the future.
