MIRI: In conjunction with Miri Car Free Day, Jalan Angsana, Jalan Chia Tze Chin and Jalan Kingsway will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic this Saturday.
Miri City Council (MCC) in a press release today stated the closure would start from 6 am to 10 am.
Due to the half-day road closure, MCC would like to remind vehicle owners to plan ahead and prepare for road options to reach their destinations.
Apart from stationing traffic wardens, appropriate traffic diversion road signs will be put up at the site to facilitate the car owners of making road diversions.
MCC regrets the inconvenience caused.
