MARUDI: The Baram people from the three constituencies namely the Telang Usan, Marudi and Mulu must continue to stay united and support the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) coalition led by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Oepng for continued development.

Telang Usan assemblyman Dennis Ngau said it is crucial for the Baram folk to give their undivided support to the Sarawak government for the area to be under the state government’s agenda of development “radar”.

“It makes a big difference when one’s constituency is represented by a people’s representative who is from the ruling government or party,” he said in reference to the state government being under GPS rule.
