RIYADH, Saudi Arabia: Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General, Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, welcomed Belgium’s announcement of its intention to recognise the State of Palestine, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
He stressed that the announcement reflects growing regional and international support for the two-state solution.
It embodies the principles and values enshrined in international charters and resolutions in support of the Palestinian cause.
