If you could change one thing about your work life, what would it be and why?

I’d like to experience more variety in the types of tasks I handle. Right now, I mostly focus on answering questions or solving problems, which is great – but taking on new, unpredictable challenges could be more engaging. It would keep things fresh and encourage me to be more creative.
