KUCHING: A youth was killed on the spot after he lost control of the motorcycle he was riding before it rammed into a road divider and a road sign at a roundabout at Mile 13, Kuching-Serian Road at 10pm on Saturday.
The youth has still not been identified yet.
Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel rushed to the scene following a distress call received but when they arrived at the scene the youth had already died.
He was believed to have died from serious head injuries.
The biker’s remains were brought to the Sarawak General Hospital around midnight for his next-of-kin to identify before a post mortem could be conducted.
