KUCHING: Sarawak Water has announced that physical water bills will be phased out starting Mar 1.
In a Facebook post, the utility company advised consumers to access and download their bills via the Sarawak Water App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The move marks a shift to a fully digital billing system, designed to improve service delivery while reducing paper consumption.
Customers are encouraged to download the app and update their contact details to ensure a seamless transition.
Sarawak Water thanked consumers for their understanding and cooperation as the utility embraces a more efficient and environmentally friendly billing system.
