Bina Puri JV secures RM72.85 mln contract for project in Mukah

KUALA LUMPUR: Bina Puri Holdings Bhd’s 49 per cent-owned joint venture (JV) company Chun Yang Bina Puri (JV) Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM72.85 million contract from Tokoh Ilham Sdn Bhd for a project under the Public Works Department in Mukah.

The construction company said the 24-month contract, which is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025, involves subcontract works in Jalan Kampung Medong/Lebrasau/Kampung Klid, Daerah Dalat in Mukah.

“The contract reaffirms Bina Puri’s track record of excellence in the construction industry as well as our commitment to delivering high-quality results in every project,” group executive director Datuk Matthew Tee said in a statement today.

Moving forward, Bina Puri said it will continue to build a strong recurring income base through a mix of international and local projects.

Currently, the group has an order book of RM1.5 billion for its construction and property segment. – BERNAMA
