KUALA LUMPUR: Bio Osmo Bhd will change its name to Impiana Hotels Bhd, effective 9 am, April 18.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said it would be traded and quoted on Bursa Malaysia under a new stock short name, “IMPIANA”, with the stock number unchanged
Bio Osmo Bhd was reported to have disposed of its loss-making bottled drinking water business for RM2.5 million in line with its plan to focus on the hospitality business. – Bernama
