KUCHING: KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital, in collaboration with the Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin Branch, will be holding a blood donation campaign on Feb 15 (Saturday), from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm at KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital.

In a bid to address blood shortages at the Sarawak General Hospital Blood Bank, the campaign aims to encourage public participation in blood donation to ensure hospitals maintain an adequate supply for patients in need.

“We urge everyone, especially eligible donors, to step forward and contribute. Your donation can make a difference in saving lives.

“We also welcome first-time donors to join us in this meaningful cause,” said Malaysian Red Crescent Stampin Branch blood and organ donation chairman Wendy Tan.

The campaign is open to all healthy individuals who meet the necessary blood donation criteria. Those interested are encouraged to participate.

Any enquiries can be made through Tan at 019-8182244.
